Holding Down Both The Arrows On A Th5220d1003 Honeywell Thermostat....??

When holding down both the up and down arrrows on this thermostat, it comes up with 2 boxes on a different screen display. The left side box has the number 10. If u press the up button it goes up in increments of 10 or so up to 70. What exactly is this for? The manual does not explain any of this.
