Honeywell Th5220d1003 Thermostat

The AC is working, cycling on and off, set at 79 degrees, but the fan will not stop running in auto. Is this a thermostat problem? Also, can the thermostat clicking noise be deactivated? The thermostat clicks every time the AC goes on, and clicks again when it cycles off. thanks
