Keys

Three weeks ago leaving church I got in my car to drive home. When I put the key in the ignition the key came apart in my hand. I could not start the car at all. I have a problem with this because I think Honda should make better keys than this. I was very embarrassed I had other people with me on a day when the temperature was well over 97 degrees. I would like for Honda to replace my keys and compensate me for having to pay for a ride home. Ms. Bertha Belo
