2006 Honda Accord Vp Soometimes Will Turn Key And Nothing, Most Times It Starts

2006 honda accord vp soometimes will turn key and nothing, most times it starts. Is it the key? Ignition, or perhaps the starter / solenoid? How would you diagnose this intermittent problem? Thanks!!!
