When I Turn The Ignition Key To Start The Car, The Horn Blows..

I have a 2000 Honda Accord. When I turn the ignition key to start the car, the horn blows and the lights on the dash show all the doors and trunk are open, when they are not. I recently replaced the battery. Does something need to be reset? How can I get the car started?

This is an electrical problem. Turn off the engine and look for your fuse box. Look through the circuit descriptions and see if you can find one for the horn. If you can, pull the fuse. This should silence the horn immediately.
