Wont Start And Makes Strange Noise

i noticed my car idling a little low while at stop lights. 3 days later the idle was so low that the car would immediately stall when i started it and when i tried to start it again it wouldnt start at all. i ran the codes on it and it says that its the cam position sensor as well as the throttle position sensor. Thing is, I just had both of those replaces less than 6 months ago for this same problem happening. after running the codes i tried to start it again only to find that it was making an entirely different noise now. no start and doesnt sound like the engine is trying to be engauged at all. the starter still makes noise and the serp belt turns but doesnt sound anything like a normal start or even sort of. what do you think this could be?
