Won't Keep Running

I tried starting my chainsaw te first time since last Spring. New gas, regapped plug. I had left gas in from last year by accident. Purchased "Mechanic In A Tube" from HomeDepot, and used 2 oz. New gas. Motor starts, rev's high, then stahls out every time, regardless of choke position.

I suggest you clean the carburetor. If that doesn't fix it check the head bolts on the engine for loose bolts. Go herefor parts list & diagram.
