My Tv Wom't Turn Off

when I try to turn of my tv it goes off then the red and blue light flash back and forth and tv comes right back on, the only way to turn it off is by unplugging it, help please

The very first thing that you need to do is to check all the cables (data and power cables) if these are properly setup/connected. Please refer to the user's manual for the proper setup of your device. Here's the link:
