Projector Will Not Power On

On Monday there was  a power outage at my school.  At that time my projector was on.  Ever since then my projector door has remained open and will not power on.  No lights, no power.  I have unplugged and plugged back in, and restarted numerous times.  I am at a loss of what else I can do.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The first thing I would do is check to ensure the outlet the unit is plugged into has power.  It could be that when the power in the school came back on, that particular breaker tripped which would be why you have no power on the projector.  Failing that, it is possible that the power surged when it came back on and possibly burnt an internal fuse on the projector, that would require an authorized repair technician to open the projector and replace any bad componants.
