Trying To Turn It On All It Does Is Blink The Power Button, Temp Light Stays On

if you have an old CRT rear projection TV model #70SBX74B then I find over 20 known problems that will cause the set not to turn on, but I see nothing about a temp light/indicator. This is a very difficult set to work on, and in fact this set has a special high voltage (30,000 volts) circuit that will not bleed off, so you must follow a set of procedures, to remove this voltage before working on it, available only to authorized technicians. I would not mess around inside this set unless you are trained.
