Wifi Issues
is there a switch for wifi? Wifi light now is only orange

Have you run a diagnostics on your computer?
Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?
Are you able to access the internet with an ethernet connection?
Request you open device manager by doing right-click on the Windows button.
Uninstall the wireless adapter.
Restart your computer couple times for Windows to install a generic driver.
Check if you are able to access the internet over wireless.
If you are able to access the internet on any other computer, request you download the driver from this link and install it on your computer and check.
