Pc Not Detecting Usb Keyboard And Mouse

Try different USB slots. 

Try rebooting.  Hold the power button in until the system shuts off if needed.  Thiis not the ideal way to power down but Windows will recover.

Try opening the system BIOS configuration during reboot and make sure that the USB is enabled.  Also make sure that legacy support is enabled.
