Printer Won't Copy

My printer is working otherwise; but when I go to make a copy it keeps going back to the main menu. It won't make a copy.

Hi gkielwei,

Click on the link given below to install the latest Firmware version and make sure that you have the latest version installed for the printer. Once it’s completed try to make a copy:

If issue still persists, please click on the below link and install HP Print and Scan Doctor and Simply run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions.
