Why Wont It Install My Colour Cartridge
i have installed 2 new cartridges, a black and a colour, its not regestering the colour ink.

check whether you have installed the cartridge version number compatible with HP Photo copier, if okay you remove and reinsert the same so that initial positions are established.
If you fixed different cartriges replce by the same number compatible with HP Machine.
If the problem is not resolved you can contact the HP Service Net Work near by the customer care register to complaint and service with short time.
