Problem With New Black Cartridge Printing
The brand nbew black cartridge registers full on estimated ink levels, however does not print.

Sounds ike the new cartridge has not purged properly after install. Try removing and replacing via the replace cartridge system and check that the cartridge is actually being purged. It can also take a few prints for ink to come through if the old cartridge had dried out completely. I have attached a link to HP.
