No Black Printer After 2 Balck In Cartridge Changes
Following black ink cartridge running out , I changed the cartridge and no black will print. Used a 2nd cartridge as suspected faulty cartridge and still no black printing. Cleaned head multiple times. CAnt do print alignment as no black on alignment page ! About to throw out printer !
