Terrible Print Quality Even With New Cartridges

I have just installed and aligned new cartridges but the colour of prints is terrible, did report and it isn't showing the yellow ink yet it's new, help

I would suggest you try to clean the heads of the cartridges you've fitted. There are cleaning cartridges available for some makes of printers which one is advised to use before replacing with a new one. Often new cartridges take a while to get going. There are faulty ones out there known to be faulty though proving that to a retailer is virtually impossible. I have attached a link to HP where they have printer diagnostic program which can be downloaded.
