Why Is There No Green Or Blue Printing From New Cartridge?

The non-presence of the blue or green color in your HP Photosmart 1115 printed output inidcates an empty colored ink cartridge or incompatbility issue. First, you have to make sure that the colored ink cartridges are compatible with the model of your printer. Then make sure that the printer has ink.
