How Do I Clear The Error Message 13.20.00 Jam Inside Rear Bin.
HP laserjet P3005dn has the error message 13.20.00 jam inside rear bin. There are no blockages or paper obstructions and I have turned it on and off but still get same message. The paper quality has not been changed and it was working OK until I changed the toner cartridge.
