We Refilled Out Ink Cartridges Manually And Put The Refilled Cartridges Back In

the printer prior to shutting off the cartridge chip information setting.  Our ink levels even thought the cartridges are full, show low levels and that one cartridge is out of ink.  How can we reset this so we can print in color?
