Receiving Fax Problems
i can send faxes but cannot recieve , the fax machine is on its own line , i have run the fax self test and its comes up pass on everything.

The fax feature of your HP Officejet Pro 8600 does not work properly because the compatible driver software is corrupted or outdated. You can fix this issue by reinstalling the driver using the software found in HP website Here's the link to the download page.
