Greeting, I Am Trying To Send A Fax Number From My Home That Has A Telephone
Greeting,
I am trying to send a fax number from my home that has a telephone service from my company. After I dial the fax number, I have to enter my id# and pass code before the fax go through, however, after the machine dial the fax number, the PBX asks me for my ID# and pass-code, when I try to enter the numbers, the number pad does not work and it does not let me enter any number.
Please explain why and how I can overcome that.
