My Officejet 4622 Will Print From The Computer But It Won't Make Copies.
My HP OJ4622 prints from the computer but won't make copies. The display says "Now copying page 1" but it gets stuck at that point and I have to shut it down to clear it.

A couple questions ..
A couple questions ..
Have you tried just unplugging it from the wall and plugging it back in? To do a proper reset, you would need to have the printer ON and then just unplug it. Let it sit for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try that.
If you have tried that -- does the copying not work when trying to copy from the auto document feeder (on the top of the print) or on the printer glass? Or does one or the other work?
