58.04 Error. Turn Off Then On

HiThis message appears on the control panel "58.04 ErrorTurn off then on"Please how could this be corrected?

Does somebody know the meaning of this error message ? If the printer is not plugged directly into the wall socket plug it directly in bypassing surge protector and see if that solves the issue. If it does not then the low voltage power supply needs to be replaced.
