Tray 4 Is Too Full

Tray 4 does not lift, it says it is full

Scroll down to figure 21, it explains how to load paper correctly. There are markings on the tray which have to be adhered to for correct functionality.

If you still have a problem the switch which senses whether paper is there may be jammed up and that would explain the error of the tray being full.
