Open the document to be printed.

Click File and then Print from the menu.

In the print dialog click the Properties or Preferences button. (Some applications use a Properties button; others use a Preferences button.)

Click the Finishing tab.

Select Print on Both Sides under the Document Options section.
NOTE: If Print on Both Sides (Manually) is the only option, then the paper type or paper size setting is set to a type or size that is not supported by the duplexing unit. -
Click OK to close the document Properties or Preferences dialog.

Click OK to send the print job to the printer.
