I Think My Hp Was Dropped, Only Half Of Lcd Will Appear And Fuzzy Lines.?

Mouse still moves , It wants to come on full screen but wont

It definitely sounds like the screen is broken. You'll have to have it replaced. Since it was accidental damage, HP's warranty won't cover it.
