You need to reset your calculator.

Press 2nd MEM (MEM is located above the + sign)

Go to 7: Reset

Go to 2: Defaults

Go to 2: Reset

If the above doesn't work, then try the following

Go to 7: Reset

Go to 1: All RAM

Go to 2: Reset
