My Hp G4050 Copies Color Negative Photos Into Black White
After working well for 6 months HP G4050 started to copy color negatives into black white images. I normally coppy 5 film strips with 4 pictures each and typically half of them get black-white. It is mostly random but in some case picture secific, e.g. I copies a secific picture 40 times in varying positions on the TMA and all of them got black white
