How Would I Factory Reset Folio 13-2000 Hp Pc Handbook
Ive tryed holding alt,ctrl,shift,esc,f4 it just takes me to a diagnostic not a reset

If your computer's hard drive has failed you will need to use the set of recovery disks or the recovery flash drive you created, to restore your computer's factory settings. If it's not due to a hard drive failure you can restore your system using the HP Recovery Partition. To check for the recovery partition click start, right click computer, and then click disk manager. If the recovery partition is there a recovery drive will be listed
If it is a hard drive failure, and you never created the recovery disks or flash drive, you may not be able to restore its settings.
