When computer is powered off: Unplug any connectors, flip computer upside down, take out battery. In the middle of the side wall there is a slot suitable for a SIM-card. Press the SIM-card in with the short side closest to the connectors towards the outside. If it doesn't go all the way in, flip the SIM-card upside down and stick it (again with the short side closest to the connector towards the outside) in again. You will know when it is all the way in, pushed without excessive force, and the battery will be possible to be slipped back in without difficulty.

This is how to insert the SIM-card. However You will not be able to connect to any mobile broadband service unless there is an appropriate 3G/LTE adapter for Your geographical area properly installed in Your computer.
