Scanning Problems With Hp 3052a
I used to be able to scan a document by clicking on the printer icon on the desktop. I would click on the printer icon and an option would display which would allow me to scan a document from printer to file. Now, when I click on the desktop icon there is no longer an option to scan any thing at all.
