How To Get The Printer Back To English

Follow these steps to reset the language and region on the product.
- On the product control panel, press the button ( ) next to Setup , which is the first option that displays on the control panel.
- Press the button ( ) next to Language , which is the third option that displays on the control panel.
- Press the button ( ) next to the Up Arrow ( ) or the Down Arrow ( ) to scroll through the languages until your preferred language is highlighted, and then press the button ( ) next to OK .
- Press the button ( ) next to Yes to confirm your selection.
- Press the button ( ) next to the Up Arrow ( ) or the Down Arrow ( ) to scroll through the regions until your preferred region is highlighted, and then press the button ( ) next to OK .
- Press the button ( ) next to Yes to confirm your selection.
If the above does not work try the following
1) Remove power cord.
2) Press and hold together Cancel button and OK button ( OK button is the one at the very bottom).
3) Reinsert power cord to rear of printer while holding in both of these buttons for about 20-30 seconds.
4) The HP sign should come onto the dispaly.
