Where To Find A Driver For Hp Designjet 650c For Windows 7 64bits?

Or is there another compatible driver for this plotter?

According to the HP compatability matrix for Windows Vista this plotter is not supported and no drivers are available. Windows 7 can use Vista drivers when available.

Go about 2/3 the way down the doc to see the 650 series printers.
