A paper jam error can occur even when there is no actual paper jam present in the HP DesignJet T830 printer. This can be caused by a misaligned sensor or a malfunctioning sensor. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Check the paper path for any visible obstructions or debris.
  3. Clean the sensors in the paper path using a soft, lint-free cloth.
  4. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  5. Attempt to print again.

If the error persists, try resetting the printer to its factory default settings or contact HP Support for further assistance.
