Error 79 On Color Laserjet Cp2020
This error says it's a DIMM problem but we have done nothing with the DIMM and printer has been working great for 4 years. I've researched this problem best I can and found nothing useful. Would appreciate any help 'cause I love the printer!

Error 79 can also mean a firmware error. Troubleshooting steps from the HP website:
Turn the product power off, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn the product power on and wait for it to initialize.
If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Turn the product power on.
If the message persists, contact HP support.
