Working Of Hp Cm 1312 Mfp

our machine HP color laserjet CM1312 nfi is not working. it says cartridge is in the wrong position. can you please explain what should we do now?

remove the the cartrige and put it back slowly, sometime the cartridge is not for that model of printer, most likely three party cartridge. replace with other brand
