Properties Option On Hp Deskjet 930c Does Not Respond
Original software CD whwn loaded get a message of a problem regarding kernel-mode print drive and also error 0xe0000101. Properties or printing preferences do not respond to options though the printer prints the default A4 page in portrait format only. No other option is possible. For years there was no such problem. It occured only a week back.
I am using Windows Vista 32.

Hi,
Would recommend you to do a system restore and take the system to a prior date when it was working fine.

You can refer the Dell Article 266590 on www.support.dell.com
Note- Any application recently installed on the computer would be erased. However, the files and folder would be safe.
You can also update the printer software from the link mentioned below:
