Photosmart Software
I have tried to install the software for the photosmart 8450. The original disk start and then suddenly stops.
The same thing happens with the upgrade software, the progress goes to 100% and then nothing.

Hi,
Please click the below mentioned link to download and install the drivers for the printer. Uninstall the printer driver from the system first and reinstall it which may fix the issue:
