How To Get Rid Of The User And Adminstartor Name?

When i bought it came with a user and adminstartor name and for me to downloads stuff or to put wifi signal as work or home i require a password i need to figure out the password,change it or remove it

If your PC was supplied by your company then they would have the administrator password. If it is your personal machine then if you have your proof of purchase then contacting HP, they will give you a password to overide it. If you can access the setup then you should be able to clear the adminstrator password and create your own. I would advise against deleting the admin profile as that is the primary entry into the OS. If you have a copy of the original install disks then rebuilding from the start will create a new account which you will be able to set the password but do not remove the administrator account as it is a necessary account. There is software out there that will allow you to change passwords but you would need to google for a relevant program. I have attached a link to HP for your PC.
