I Should Bypass The Dvd Disc Even Though I Have A Windows Recovery Disc? Will

it boot from the USB port even through the repair loop? Would I have to make the USB port the first in the BIOS list?Thanks

1.open your bios setting
2.then go to the boot menu option
3.then move the usb option to the top
4.then insert your usb
5.then boot from it
