Hi,

Have you tried taking the battery out and leaving it switched off for a bit, then connecting it to only power/charger?

If still not working check the power adapter/charger

Please tell me what happens / what lights are on

Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery. Hold down the power button for at least fifteen seconds. Without replacing the battery, plug the AC adapter back into the laptop. Press the power button to turn on your laptop.
