Hp Director Will Not Open
I have installed the software and hardware for my HP Scanjet 4570, yet the HP Director will not open, why?I have tested the hardware- it works. It will scan, it will print from the scanner to my printer. However when I push the save to document disc it will not work, and my HP director will not open.
