Enable Wireless

How do i enable wireless on a hp probook4535 laptop,Product: B5N73UT#ABA?  When I press the button on the top right, the light should turn white.  It never does.  It always stays amber.  I bought this laptop no more than 5 months ago.  I have had the most trouble with this laptop, concerning wireless.  Any suggestions?

There is actually no little switch in front of the laptop. There is only a single switch for the Wi-Fi in the upper right corner of the laptop. I have provided a supporting image below.

Sad to say that I cannot suggest any solution because this might be related to the hardware (Power Button) or the wireless adapter itself to be not working properly. Even if you have installed the driver software for the wireless adapter, the light indicator should be working properly.
