Defrag Hp Pro Book
can i defrag my laptop without connecting to the internet?

I guess you are taking about Hard Drive Defragmentation. if so there is no requirement of Internet connection for that you can use the Windows accessories application for that, But NOTE doing defragmentation many times can crash your hard drive.. so better option is to have a back up of data on some USB drive/ optical drive and you do the formatting of that partition and re-copy your data back this will avoid of doing defragmentation
