Change Internal Batery For Bios

Which are the steps to change the internal batery? or do you have a link where explains that (video or pictures whatever) thanks

The cmos is a small battery that looks like a watch battery however the best thing to do is to let a PC tech do this for you. It only takes 5 volts of static electricity to fry your motherboard and they have the proper static bands to ground them while doing this.
