How To Reset Maintenance Message On Hp P3015

Method 1:
- Turn off the printer and remove the power cord. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Plug in the power cord and put the printer power back on.
- Once turned on, the printer will start counting its memory (000MB). Press the OK button and hold.
- Hold OK button until the 3 LED lights are steady.
- If no LED light is blinking, release OK button.
- Go to the control panel arrow buttons and press UP. Navigate by continuously pressing until you see NEW MAINTENANCE KIT option appears on the screen display.
- Press the OK button once. Maintenance counter is now reset.
If NO New Maintenance Kit option appears on your navigation that means your printer is run by an older firmware version. Method #2 is then applicable for resetting.
Method #2:
- Go to control panel and push MENU button. Continue pressing until SERVICE option appears. Pushing the menu button will scroll the menu list.
- Press OK when the SERVICE option appears.
- To access SERVICE MENU, enter access code: 05401508 on the blank screen and press OK.
- Navigate the menu list until MAINTENANCE COUNT option appears. Then press OK.
- Press “0” and then OK to reset your maintenance count to 0.
