The F1 or F2 key should get you into the BIOS

I was on the phone to HP Tech Support about this issue. I wanted to enable Virtualization in the BIOS Setup. What I was told is that apparently, with Windows 8. you do not have access to the "Old" BIOS Setup, as she referred to it. The "New" BIOS is accessed by pressing F10 during bootup. For me to enable virtualization, which is another Level, as she put it, I would have to use a "Premium" tech support service where you pay, warranty or no warranty, and....what else...oh yeah, if you do have warranty, it will be voided if you use the Premium tech support to make changes to the BIOS in that other Level.
