Are Admustments Needed For My Healthrider H50e Elliptical?
Compaired to other elliptical machines (in gyms, hotels, condo fitness centers, etc.) pedaling my HealthRider H50e Elliptical seems really difficult even on the lowest Calorie-Burn or Performance Workouts; even at the lowest include. I've used the H50e sicne Nov 2012. Is there something that I can do to adjust the tension so that it isn't so difficult to maintain (or even reach) the target RPM during the built-in workouts? On other elliptical machines I have no difficulty maintaining the target RPM but on my HealthRider H50e Elliptical I find it very difficult to achieve the target RPM which has me wondering if an adjustment is needed. I am very fit and workout regularly (run / walk / trreadmill / yoga / elliptical / stair machine, etc.) so it is not that I am not physically up to the challenge of an elliptical workout.
