Water Level
Our pot does not use all of the water for either the k cup or the carafe. We will end up with half a pot of coffee or half a cup of coffee when we hav filled with 12 cups ( for the pot) or a whole cup (for the k cup). We received this as a Christmas present and I think it should work longer than this! Thanks for any help you can provide
